This tire paste is plenty slick to get the job done and it lasts a good long time.  When I bought my Tire-Changer in March of 2009, it came with a free little jar of the stuff.  I own a motorcycle shop and do about 3 or 4 tire changes a week and this stuff is just running out almost a year later.  I'm sure this 5 lb tub will last a long, long, long time.
