No-Mar Warranty Policy:
Worn or defective parts must be returned to No-Mar to qualify as an eligible warranty replacement. This prevents abuse of the Warranty system. The 'Prices' here reflect a deposit on your part(s) until we receive the warranted item.

All warranty item 'Prices' are for deposit purposes only and will be fully refunded upon No-Mar's receipt of your worn or defective part. For Example: If you purchase 3 items, and return 2; you will be refunded for 2 items and not the third. Warranted part must be received within 14 days of your order. Parts received later than 14 days from our ship date of the replacement parts are considered null and void. No refunds will be given, so ship your replacement parts soon!

You may also skip this process, by sending in (1) your warranted parts and (2) a check or money order, for shipping and handling ($10), to our factory (No-Mar Enterprises 1560 Fenpark Drive Saint Louis, MO 63026). Since we receive your parts first, you will not be charged for any deposit fees. We will ship out replacement parts right away. 'Shipping and Handling' fees are NOT refundable.
